In accordance with clause 212 of the Russian Federation Labor Code
Employer is obliged to perform: special assessment of labor conditions in respect of legislation concerning special assessment of labor conditions.
Special assessment of labor conditions (SOUT) is a unified complex of consecutive activities aimed to identify hazardous and (or) dangerous factors of production environment and working process (hereafter hazardous and (or) dangerous production factors) and to assess their influence on workers considering the deviation of real measured values from the normal values (hygiene norms) of labor conditions and individual and collective protective equipment defined by RF Government authorized executive.

Clause 15. SOUT (paragraph 6)
Considering requirements of RF legislation on personal data and RF legislation on state and other secret protected by law, employer arranges publication of summary SOUT results relating to classes (subclasses) of labor conditions at workplaces and list of activities on labor conditions improvement at workplaces after SOUT within thirty consecutive days since SOUT report approval on official website of “the Internet” information and telecommunication networks (if the company has such website).
