Quality Management System


The Quality Management System (QMS) of Alpha Automotive Technologies LLC includes all main business processes, as well as marketing processes, cooperation with suppliers, personnel management, financial support and infrastructure management.

The quality of the company’s services is defined by the level of the customers’ satisfaction with timely delivery of auto parts ordered in the necessary amount, at attractive price and in compliance with the required specification on a long-term basis.

The QMS of Alpha Automotive Technologies LLC has been certified since 2012. At the moment, it is complying with the requirements of ISO/TS 16949:2009 “Special requirements of the application of  ISO 9001:2008 to automotive manufacturers and organizations producing corresponding service parts” issued by the DQS Holding GmbH certification body.

The company also has a certificate of compliance with the requirements of the integrated quality system and environmental management system, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 standards.

Regarding the QMS assessment by the customers, the company has been assigned category B in accordance with the requirements of ASES standard of the RENAULT-NISSAN-AVFOVAZ alliance.

The company pays great attention to systematic internal audits of QMS processes, manufacturing processes and product audit, supplier development through external audits, constant monitoring of the achieved results by the company management and audit results by customers.

The company’s QMS is currently in the process of transition to the new version of the automobile standard IATF 16949:2016; certification audit is sheduled for May, 2018.

The management of the company believes that the development of the quality system in all directions and improvement of business processes are necessary for efficiency improvement, as well as maintenance of the company’s sustainable position and stability.
